The Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Inc. led by Chairman Emeritus Dr. Lucio Tan turned over its 4,430th two-classroom schoolbuilding to Roxas City Vice Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and school officials of President Manuel A. Roxas Memorial School-SPED in Roxas City recently.
